Worcester County is Maryland’s only Atlantic-coast county, and it keeps our crews busy from the Ocean City boardwalk down to Pocomoke City. Most of our work out here splits between bayfront and oceanfront condos in OC and the older homes inland around Berlin and the county seat, Snow Hill. Ocean City is its own animal. Many of the high-rises require a reserved freight-elevator window and a certificate of insurance on file before we can roll a dolly through the lobby. Berlin’s historic streets bring the opposite challenge — tight porches and steep, narrow staircases that reward a crew who slows down and pads the corners.

We reach the whole county over US-50 and MD-90 into Ocean City, then US-113 south toward Snow Hill and Pocomoke City along the Pocomoke River.

From June through August, US-50 east of Salisbury turns to gravel after mid-morning. We have run this stretch long enough to know that an early start or a smartly timed afternoon window can save you an hour of idling, so we set your start time around the traffic, not against it.
