Trent walks the rooms with you, counts the heavy and awkward pieces, asks about stairs, elevators, and how close the truck can park, and builds the number from what is really there. Guesswork is how surprise charges happen, and we do not work that way.
What You Get Back
Within the same day, you receive a written flat-rate estimate that spells out the crew size, the truck, the hours or the binding total, and exactly what is included. The blankets, dollies, and hand tools are already on the truck at no extra line item. Nothing gets added on moving day unless you ask us to do something we never discussed — and even then, we tell you the cost before we touch it.
When you are ready to lock the date, a $135 deposit holds it on our calendar, and that deposit comes straight off your final total. That is the whole arrangement: a real walkthrough, a written price, a small deposit, and no surprises when the ramp comes down.
