When you request a quote, book a move, or contact our office, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, the pickup and delivery addresses, and details about the household goods you are moving. If you send walkthrough photos or a video to help us estimate, those are used only to price and plan your job. We do not collect payment card numbers through this website.
How We Use Your Information
Your information is used to prepare estimates, schedule your crew, communicate about your move, and keep records as required for our US DOT, MC, and Maryland intrastate operations. We may contact you by phone, text, or email about your specific job or about a quote you asked for. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to outside marketers.
Sharing
We share information only when it is necessary to complete your move or when the law requires it — for example, with our own insurer in the event of a claim, or with regulators who oversee licensed movers. Always Moving runs its own trucks and crews, so your move is not handed to a third-party carrier or broker.
Data Security and Your Choices
We store customer records on secured systems and limit access to staff who need them to do their jobs. You may ask us to review, correct, or delete the personal information we hold for you by contacting our Salisbury office, and we will honor reasonable requests unless we are required to retain records for legal or regulatory reasons.
